The VST plugin you play with a game controller
PhaseStation 2026 reads your gamepad directly. The sticks bend the FX, the triggers add crunch, the buttons change eras, colors and views - so performing your mix feels like playing a game.

Any gamepad, no setup
PlayStation (DualShock 4, DualSense), Xbox, Switch Pro and most other USB or Bluetooth gamepads work out of the box. You don't need DS4Windows - if you already run it, turn off its 'hide controller' option so PhaseStation sees the real pad.
Touchpad, gyro and rumble are used where your controller has them.
What every control does
Left stick: rate + bits. Right stick: tone + memory wobble. L2 / R2: crunch while held. L1 / R1: change console eras. D-pad: colors and screen views. Face buttons: full screen, clean A/B, and a random new sound.
Feel the track
In FULL, rumble follows your kick, bass and hats, and gyro glide lets you tilt the controller to move the sound. You can also record controller moves as automation in your DAW.

The home page has a playable web demo - plug a controller in and move the sticks before you download anything.
FAQ
Does PhaseStation work with a PS5 DualSense?
Yes, over USB or Bluetooth on Windows and Mac. On a Chromebook use a USB cable, because ChromeOS doesn't pass Bluetooth controllers to Linux yet.
Do I need a controller to use it?
No. Every control works with the mouse. A controller just makes it playable like an instrument.
Is controller play limited in the free version?
LITE allows 15 minutes of controller play a day, counted only while you're actively using the pad. The mouse is never limited. FULL is unlimited.
