Install it in FL Studio
Run the PhaseStation installer - it puts the VST3 in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3. Open FL Studio, go to Options > Manage plugins and press Find installed plugins. PHASESTATION shows up in the plugin database; star it so it's in your mixer effects list.
Where to put it
On the master for an instant old-console filter over the whole beat. On a melody or sample mixer track for crunch and tape wobble without touching the drums. On a 808 or drum bus for steppy bit crush. Lower the MIX knob for a subtler blend.
Play it live, keep the moves
Plug in a game controller and ride the sticks while the pattern plays. In FULL, record those moves as automation clips so the sweeps stay in the song.
Not showing up?
Rescan with Find installed plugins and make sure FL is scanning the VST3 folder. If you use DS4Windows, turn off 'hide controller' so PhaseStation sees your pad.
